Recruit Academy Forms

The forms below are for tuition paying individuals and are to be submitted by their sponsoring member police agency when applying for Basic Recruit Training at Northern Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. In addition, recruits who are sponsored by a police department will need to be registered with ILEA on their ACADIS system. Their Police Department will then need to fax a copy of their “approved” status to 940-9432. This must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the Basic Recruit Academy.
