This class will teach officers the dos and don’ts of testifying, courtroom process and procedures, why a personal connection must be made with the judge/jury, and how to identify and protect their personal credibility. Expert witness qualifications and limitations will be discussed, and a practical session will be held to allow participants to engage in mock testimony.
