WHO CAN ATTEND: Students who completed Homicide Investigation Part 1.
CHOOSE FROM THESE DATES: May 24, 25, 26, or 27
Detectives will be sent to a Detective Division Area assigned by Chicago Police. A Chicago homicide case file will be assigned to detectives as their case study. Detectives will begin just as it was assigned to them, from the time of the incident, to the charges filed. If an active opportunity arises while on-site, the detectives will ride along with their assigned Chicago detective or supervisor to the scene.
Course Materials
Dress as if you were on your regular duty shift. This includes your vest, badge, and weapon. Your vest maybe removed inside area facilities. You must provide your own transportation to the assigned sites.
