26-019 Conjugate Tactical Coach’s Course

The Conjugate Tactical Program is an organization of training that focuses on strength and conditioning, wellness, and a science based approach to physical training for the tactical athlete. In use by numerous agencies and units within both federal and local government as well as the
DOD, Conjugate Tactical aims to develop brilliance in the basics. Attendees will be trained with a “ground up approach” for each block of instruction- all are welcome regardless of experience level. “A Way, Not THE Way” is the approach taken. We believe this approach to physical training to be a tremendous way to supplement a department’s existing physical culture. In addition to the standard course curriculum a block of instruction will be provided specifically addressing the new Functional Fitness Test and an organized approach to safely training for the events.

The course itself is a mix of lecture and practical instruction. Those in attendance are encouraged to wear PT Gear and bring note taking material. Coffee and water will be provided.
